After you have completed your purchase via our website, we will reach out to you via email for you to complete a pre-consult questionnaire (intake form) to understand you and your travel plans. Once you have completed this form, you'll be invited to select a time for a one-on-one consultation with a travel safety advisor. Before your scheduled consultation, you will receive a personalized risk identification report which will provide you with an overview of the risks that are relevant to you to be discussed during the consultation.
Each standard consultation is $330 AUD (~$220 USD) and generally can cover up to 3 locations you are particularly concerned about, and wish to discuss risk management strategies and receive expert judgement in detail. Additional locations may require additional consultation sessions in order to adequately discuss risk mitigation strategies as well as for us to produce personalized risk identification reports.
You are entitled to a refund minus any transaction fees via Stripe should you contact us before you complete the initial 'Pre-Consult Questionnaire'. Once you have submitted this form containing the details of your trip, we will have started investing resources and time into your booking. Should we be unable to deliver the agreed service at any stage, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
From the time we receive your completed 'Pre-Consult Questionnaire' we will generally provide you with your personalized 'Risk Identification Report' in 24 to 48 hours depending on volume. One-on-One consultation bookings calendar will be sent to you when you receive your report, and you will be able to book in a consultation scheduled as soon as 24 hours after so the consultant can have time to review the report. We aim to provide advice in time before you are about to travel.
You will receive personalized travel risk management advice and talk to a real expert regarding your concerns that are relevant for you. Furthermore, we help provide a 360 degree view of the risks present to your travel plans where many risks are often overlooked or unseen. In addition, you will also receive a personalized risk report to hold onto for your travels so you can be reminded of the risks which are present at each location for you.
We cater to the everyday traveller and tourist at affordable price point, but most importantly, you will talk to a real person who has extensive travel knowledge and experience to work with you regarding your concerns as well as identify and coach you through issues or risks you may encounter. This advisory service was traditionally reserved for high end corporate security firms, but is now available at a price-point to anybody embarking on international travel.
We accept customers from anywhere in the world, however our only working language is English at this moment. However, depending on your location, your consultation may fall in the evenings (for EST) and mornings (for GMT). We aim to provide service outside of working hours to allow for your convenience.
In terms of the regions we provide travel safety advice, we service all popular tourist destinations and beyond. However we are currently unable to provide travel safety advisory services for Sub-Saharan Africa.
